I provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and many other mental health related disorders. 

Diagnostic Evaluations:

All new clients will need to receive an initial diagnostic evaluation. This evaluation takes approximately 60-90 minutes. This time allows us to discuss your current needs and any symptoms or behaviors related to your mental health. The information shared during this time helps me familiarize your needs as we move forward with a plan of care together. 

Treatment:

Treatment modalities will vary depending on your mental health needs, but often include medication, psychotherapy or both. We will always discuss  treatment options together before any changes or decisions are made. If we determine psychotherapy should be apart of your treatment plan I can refer you to a psychotherapist. 

Fees :

  • For clients not using insurance:

    • Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (60-90 minutes) - $275.00)

    • Medication Management Follow-Up (up to 30 minutes) - $120.00)

  • Other:

    • "No-Show"-A fee of $90.00 is charged when an appointment is missed and not cancelled in advance.

    • Refill requests -Since clients are always given enough medication to get them to their next appointment. There is a fee of $45.00 for stimulant medication and $25.00 for all other prescriptions requested outside of an office visits.

    • Paperwork- A fee of $25.00/per page to complete the requested paperwork. This fee is always discussed in advance.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (excluding Blue Home or Blue Local)

  • United Health Care

For clients with Out-of-Network benefits I will provide a receipt for services rendered that you may file with your insurance company for reimbursement.  

All fees are due at time of service.
